How to practice

There is no wrong way to use this program. But here are a few suggestions.

Before meals

Listen to a session before eating. Let the guidance settle in, then simply eat and notice what happens.

Repeat freely

These are not one-and-done lessons. Come back to any session whenever you want. Repetition is the practice.

Be patient

Change happens quietly. You may not notice it right away. Trust the process and give yourself grace.
